Position Summary

As an Innovation Intern, you will join the Nestlé IT team in Switzerland to support the adoption of emerging technologies and foster a strong culture of innovation across the organization. You will contribute to digital transformation by facilitating learning experiences, running workshops, and supporting experimentation with cutting-edge tools and solutions. Your mission is to empower employees with practical knowledge and skills in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality (XR), Automation, Data Analytics, and more.

A Day in the Life of an Innovation Intern

• Design and deliver engaging sessions on innovation topics and new technologies, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence
• Stay informed about emerging tech trends and assess their potential to enhance workplace experiences and operations.
• Explore and experiment (including hands-on coding) with cutting-edge tools to develop prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) that drive business transformation.
• Contribute to cross-functional innovation initiatives by bringing fresh perspectives and user-centric thinking.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and design thinking sessions in collaboration with various departments.
• Work closely with other innovation ambassadors and digital champions to foster a culture of innovation throughout Nestlé.

What will make you successful

• You are either current IT students or recent graduates in IT or related fields
• You are both technically savvy — in areas such as artificial intelligence, engineering, or media technologies — and an excellent communicator who can translate complex topics into simple, relatable messages.
• You are fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• You are curious about new technologies and passionate about making them useful and accessible to all.
• You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing several projects at once.
• You are a team player with a collaborative mindset and a drive to support innovation culture.
