PhD student in Human-Computer Interaction/Information Systems (80-100%)

Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Leitung von Forschungsprojekten mit KI-Methoden.
- Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern.
- Präsentation von Ergebnissen auf Konferenzen und in Fachzeitschriften.
Fähigkeiten
- Masterabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandten Bereichen.
- Interesse an interdisziplinärer Forschung und Design Thinking.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamarbeit.
What you'll be doing here
- Develop and lead research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods to develop and investigate new AI-based systems
- Active cooperation with international and national partners, both from science and practice
- Designing and further developing existing prototypes (JavaScript, Python) and conducting experiments in the lab and in the field
- Presentation of research results at international conferences and in renowned journals.
- Contribute to the teaching and supervision of Master's students (e.g., Prompt Engineering)
What you'll bring with you
- A Master's degree (university) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in interdisciplinary research and innovation (user-centered design, design thinking, web-based prototypes).
- First experience in planning and implementing (research) projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German an advantage
