Your new responsibilities

• Design and create training materials for our applications, including video-based and virtual training as well as chatbots
• Adapt training content to various local languages and support the rollout of these materials in different countries
• Support the development of training concepts and communication strategies
• Contribute your own ideas to help promote a “Digital First” mindset within the organization
• Work in an agile environment

 

Your talents and experience

• You are currently enrolled at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in a technical, communication, or business field
• You have a basic understanding of agile methods, Design Thinking, and project or change management
• You are passionate about new IT technologies and artificial intelligence
• You possess strong analytical skills and work independently and in a structured manner
• You are fluent in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken
• You have strong communication skills and intercultural competence
• Ideally, you can start in September 2025
