We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern to support our B2B Base Management with their digital NPS initiative. You will help launch and operationalize a new NPS survey focused on digital customer journeys. Your contributions will drive real impact by turning customer feedback into actionable insights, enhancing digital experiences, and contributing to overall business growth.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of the digital NPS survey for B2B customers
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret customer feedback data
  • Identify pain points and recommend improvements for digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, IT, etc.)
  • Support reporting and visualization of survey results and trends
  • Contribute to presentations and strategic documents for internal stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, UX, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with customer experience metrics (especially NPS) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
