We are a fast paced, multi-cultural team eager to welcome a motivated young candidate with an ambition to learn about the telecommunications business. This exciting internship is limited to 12 months.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Contribute to the implementation of the "Next Best Offer" sales strategy
• Help shape our roadmap by assessing and prioritizing ways of improving the relevance and attractiveness of our offers and promos
• Assist the Product Owners in driving the implementation of the new tool and recommendation engine by creating features and stories for the squad backlog
• Work together with our Commercial Stakeholders on implementing their needs into the sales tool and recommendation engine
• Further develop training and learning material

YOUR SKILLS:

• Studies in Business Strategy, Business Analytics, Communications, AI business models, Digitalization & Innovation, (Digital) Marketing, Computer Sciences, Consumer Behavior or Economics
• Interest in innovation, digital transformation and technology
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Affinity for technology
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Team player
• Willingness to take initiative
• Ability to work independently on given tasks without close supervision
• Proficiency in English is a must, native German, Italian or French speaker is a bonus
