Job Description

Your main tasks as a Student Support in the Business Development / Sales team include:

• Collaborate with the BUD Assistant to support Sales Managers in the Business Development Team;

• Support in organizing client meetings and preparing documents;

• Support in expense management and reporting;

• Coordination of meetings (internal and external) incl. Room/ venue booking;

• Support in the preparation of local events;

• Data management in the Client Relationship Management System.

Requirements

• Currently studying at University or college;

• Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and drive;

• High level of initiative and customer-orientation;

• Very good organizational skills and ability to manage different stakeholders;

• Excellent MS Office skills;

• First work experience is an advantage;

• Work pensum of min. 60% is required (up to 100% during semester break).
