Support the development of production processes
Contribute to efficiency and quality improvement projects
Independently manage small investment projects
Assist in strategic investment initiatives
Conduct process trials and analyses
Apply project management methods to technical projects
Your background
Ongoing or completed technical studies (e.g. Mechanical or industrial engineering, materials science) or completed apprenticeship as polymechanic with further education
Interest in production processes and technical optimization
Independent and structured working style
Strong team spirit
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
