  • Lead R&D projects to explore new thermal technologies. Conduct experiments, analyze data, and apply findings to improve energy efficiency

  • Oversee testing and validation of thermal systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

  • Manage multiple thermal engineering projects from start to finish. Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress

  • Coordinate with product design, manufacturing, and field service teams to integrate thermal solutions

  • Mentor junior engineers and new team members by fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence, while actively staying informed about the latest developments in thermal engineering and renewable energy technologies to represent the company at key industry conferences and events

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering, with a strong foundation in thermal dynamics and renewable energy technologies

  • A relevant experience, preferably in Power Generation and Transmission (PGTR), with a deep understanding of the thermal behavior of transformers and other energy systems

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab, C#, Python, and Netlist. Expertise in numerical analysis, linear mathematics, and matrix operations

  • Extensive experience in preparing detailed technical documentation and drawings, with a solid understanding of agile frameworks.

  • In-depth understanding of software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to plan and execute projects to meet specified goals and objectives

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to deliver high-quality results on time paired with exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems efficiently
