  • Supporting the Operations Planning & Steering leadership team in administrative tasks (e.g., preparing presentations, coordinating management meetings)
  • Supporting people and culture initiatives
  • Designing workshops from initial stakeholder engagement to final execution
  • Contributing to department-wide internal communication
  • Assisting in team event organization
  • Exploring various exciting aspects of our team's work

We are seeking a self-driven&motivated individual with a passion for airline operations who is eager to support a diverse upper-management leadership team. We offer an exciting workplace at ZRH airport, featuring a wide range of topics&responsibilities that will enhance your professional experience

  • For this position, a minimum of 80% workload is preferred
  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in economics, business administration or similar education
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for organizing activities and events.
  • Excellent skills in English and German; proficiency in writing and illustrating presentations, and reports is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365; familiarity of general IT is a plus.
  • Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization, clearly articulating subject matters in a persuasive manner.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in conducting workshops; a background in change management is preferred.
