, you will be responsible for supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and supply chain efficiency.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Supply Chain Engagement Intern

• Support the coordination of the 2025 Customer Centricity Awards
• Redesign the Home of Customer Centricity to better meet the needs of the Customer Supply Chain Community through the Viva Engage platform
• Help orchestrate the Customer Supply Chain Strategy by contributing to the development of learning, training, and onboarding content in GROW
• Contribute to upskilling the Customer Supply Chain and Corporate Operations teams by providing insights on Digital, AI, and Engagement platforms

What will make you successful

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recently graduated from a business school or any other relevant field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated digital savviness and curiosity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exposure to supply chain concepts would be an advantage
• Proficiency in English
