Your mission:

Act as a Simulator Pilot during Air Traffic simulations to provide to our Air Traffic Controllers the most realistic trainings for their training event.

Your tasks:

• Working as a Simulator Pilot in ATC simulations
• Controlling aircrafts and executing ICAO 4 radiotelephony (RT) in ENG and FR
• Simulating adjacent ATC Centres, including coordination tasks
• Operating life systems in simulation
• Occasionally you take over other specific functions

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4) in English and French
• Affinity in operating computers and other technical equipment (e.g. Radio, telephone, etc)
• Real flight and Swiss airspace (LSAG) experience or Swiss ATC background
• Flexibility to cope with seasonally fluctuating demand and different daily working assignments/hours
• Social & self-awareness: You manage emotions effectively, staying composed under stress and avoiding impulsive reactions
• Motivation: You foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, acknowledging both the efforts and progress of others
