Über den Job

For our Business Unit Hardware we are looking for an intern for 12 months as of November 1, 2025 or by arrangement. As an intern, you will be part of the Hardware team and make a direct contribution to product development from brainstorming to production.

Do what you love

• Product Data Management: Maintain and update databases and internal systems. Mainly PLM & Ipim
• Documentation & Manuals: Assist in the creation, editing and proofreading of user manual and packaging instructions.
• Packaging Support: Help prepare and review packaging content and artwork.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Carry out competitive benchmark analyses to support product positioning and development decisions. Research market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support in project tracking and coordination. Participate in team meetings and contribute to product lifecycle activities.
• Prototype Testing Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating prototype testing activities. Support logistics, documentation, and feedback collection during field and lab testing phases.

Play to your strengths

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business or Product - Sport Management
• Experienced user of climbing - and avalanche safety gear
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• A true team player - collaborative, communicative, and ready to support others to achieve shared goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, experiences with PLM / IPIM would be desirable
• Passionate for everything climbing, mountaineering & ski touring is a must
