As a member of the Mammut Marketplace team, you will be part of driving growth for our online marketplaces businesses in Europe. You will support managing day-to-day marketplace commercial operations related to article onboarding, catalogue troubleshooting, content optimization, analytics & monitoring and supporting different marketplace trading initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.

The ideal start date for the internship would be December 2025.

Do what you love

• Manage article onboarding on all DTC marketplaces. Ensure all mandatory assets are available in time for launch dates, manage & monitor onboarding progress, troubleshoot issues.
• Manage item data, content & IDQ (item data quality) on DTC marketplaces.
• Upload & optimize product photography and videos on product detail pages.
• Support commercial plan execution across all marketplaces incl. Campaign execution support, content management, coordinating promotions etc.
• Support with various analytical tasks understanding assortment performance, business trends, proactively flagging risks and opportunities to optimize our business performance across various marketplaces.
• Monitor the marketplace platforms daily running store-checks, identifying issues or optimization opportunities and fixing issues should they arise.

Play to your strengths

• Completed or almost finished studies (Bachelor/Master) in Business / Economics or similar studies. Digital / e-commerce related studies are a plus.
• Good understanding of the online marketplace landscape and basic knowledge of key drivers impacting overall consumer shopping experience
• Strong knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Power Point, Teams etc.) - Power BI and Atlassian are a plus
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with ability to analyse large data sets from multiple sources to drive informed business decisions
• Experience working with marketplace or e-commerce backend platforms is a plus
• Teamplayer with a highly organized and structured way of working, natural problem solver with solution-oriented, customer centric & data driven mindset
• Fluent in English, German is desirable
• Great written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-stakeholder organization.
