We are looking for a motivated individual to join our HR team as Working Student in Human Resources Management Switzerland
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Minimum 7 months (with potential for extension)
Your Responsibilities
HR Generalist:
- Support leaders and employees throughout all phases of the Employee Life Cycle.
- Actively review and improve existing processes and adapt new guidelines from headquarters to fit the local organization.
HR Management Switzerland:
- Assist and support various HR projects in collaboration with the Swiss HR team.
- Create presentations and communication materials for HR, leadership, employees, and other key stakeholders.
- Support with data analysis and reporting to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in recurring operational HR tasks.
- Help organize and conduct meetings within HR Switzerland and across departments.
- Support the Country Head of HR in developing foundational materials for strategic topics.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources.
- You are available for at least 1.5 years, ideally longer.
- You have solid skills in Office365 tools (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous practical experience in HR is a plus.
Your Skills and Attributes
- Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
- Independent and thoughtful working style, with a collaborative and open approach to teamwork.
- Strong analytical thinking and enthusiasm for working with data to support decision-making.
- Eagerness to learn new things (including new technologies) and share knowledge with others.
- Comfortable working in an international environment and excited to collaborate with colleagues from around the world.
