What you move

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating trainings, workshops, and e-learnings
• Supporting participant management (invitations, registrations, confirmations, follow-ups)
• Coordinating with internal trainers and external service providers
• Supporting the creation of training materials and evaluations (e.g. Feedback, reports)

What you bring along

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or close to completion) in HR, Business, Psychology, or Education
• First work experience in administrative or organizational tasks is a plus
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style, along with a passion for planning
• Excellent German skills (spoken and written), good English skills are a plus
