Aufgaben

• Build, operate and further develop the Security Operations Center (SOC) and its ecosystem of security tools
• Design and optimize workflows and integrations to automate SOC processes
• Monitor and analyze security-related events and alerts
• Detect and assess security incidents and respond to them, including the execution of appropriate countermeasures
• Collaborate closely with global Corporate IT Security and IT teams
• Continuously improve SOC monitoring and incident response processes
• Coordinate and support projects within the team

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences or a comparable technical education
• Strong knowledge of common operating systems, network fundamentals and IT architectures
• Professional experience in IT Security, IT Administration, Networking or a related field
• Ideally, practical experience with modern cybersecurity tools such as SOAR solutions or SIEM systems
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python) is an advantage
• Independent, structured and analytical working style with a strong willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a globally distributed team
• Fluent in written and spoken English
