Tasks

• Assist to monitor the productivity and the daily operation of Air Freight Export Team

• Prepare the cargo planning and loading plan in cope with the cost & customer requirement

• Coordinate with all applicable parties for all air export shipments, including internal parties, customers, operations team, sales team, warehouse and sub-contractors

• Coordinating with airline or co-loader reservation

• Handle and monitor document completion process & delivery cargo before the airline cut-off time, ensure documents handed over to terminal accurately and timely

• Monitor and complete internal and external report & achieve KPI

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related disciplines

• 2-4 years of relevant working experiences in Air Freight Export

• Experience in handle DG, VAL and special cargo

• Familiar with full set of air export documentation & cargo planning

• Good command of both spoken/written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Good computer knowledge in MS office especially in EXCEL

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

• Independent, strong analytical and attention to details

• Candidates with more experience will consider as Senior Air Freight Export Coordinator
