Recent graduate Operational excellence team
Provide project management support to the Operational excellence team and Medical & Scientific Excellence Head.
• Assist the Head of Operations to ensure standards, processes and training are in place
• Track execution and progress of deliverables from the Operations and medical team (clinical trials and medical affairs activities)
• Generate monthly or ad-hoc reports for consolidated input into Management reports
• Responsible for organization of key meetings including preparation of the agenda and minutes, tracking action items/resolutions and timelines
• Responsible for specific stand-alone projects

• Recent Master or PhD Graduate preferably in life science or healthcare (graduation not longer than one year ago)
• Clinical scientist with experience in project coordination; Planning and execution of clinical studies
• Fluent English (written & spoken), additional language is a plus
• Understanding medical requirements
• Experience in working within muti-functional teams
