Business development intern in Meyrin

The Business Development department is structured on the following commercial axes:

• Commercial / Business Development: supporting the regions / markets in the realization of their targets, strategic projects, and sales objectives.
• Network Intelligence: managing the distribution channels and network personalization for Internal Boutiques, External Boutiques and Wholesale doors.
• Business Analyses: manage and asses the global brand commercial performance analyzing the sellin sellout and stock trends across the retail and wholesale network.
• Pricing Management: Define and implement the brand pricing strategies and positioning centrally and for the markets.

Missions

As part of this internship and under the responsibility of your internship tutor, you will be required to contribute to the following missions:

• Define the trade margin in a worldwide mapping
• Identify potential commercial improvements regarding margins and incentives
• Ensure alignment of our direct and indirect incentive policies in regards to the brand objectives (margins, kickback, A&P and Capex Coop).
• Concatenate and further define common group approach for KA’s strategy
• Other projects related to commercial activities.

Profile

• Business school / Engineering school degree.
• Excellent understanding and command of Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Thinkcell. SAP / BI is a plus.
• Fluent English (working environment in English and French, bilingual team).
• Pronounced feeling for numbers and an understanding of the business strategy of a luxury brand.
