E-Commerce Intern in Meyrin

As part of this internship and under the responsibility of your internship tutor, you will be required to contribute to the following missions :

Missions

• Improve product merchandising on JLC.com
  • Ensuring we are adapting both our site & product presentation to the needs of our consumer base and in-line with our wider business objectives.
  • Supporting Ecommerce manager through ongoing improvements to our configurable toolset, with a focus on onsite search, sorting rules, product placement, page content, product content and site configurations.
  • Highlighting the product winners, losers and missed opportunities.
  • Working with analytics to support optimization decisions and ongoing improvements.
  • Working with digital team to ensure wider cross-channel campaigns are translating into tangible, logical site experiences.
  • Provide support across wider projects in both site merchandising and consumer experience.
• Assess level of service provided by JLC Client relation centers
  • Lead mystery campaigns (email and phone survey) with external agency to evaluate responsiveness and service level of all our Client relation centers.
• Define and present an improvement action plan on both topics.

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program ;
• First experience in field of Merchandising / E-commerce ;
• Fluent in English and French ;
• Advanced level in Google Analytis ;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP would be a plus ;
• Pronounced feeling for digital marketing activities of a luxury brand ;
• Excellent Relationship building skills.
