For our Human Resources Department based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and talented Talent Acquisition & L&D Intern.

Are you interested in discovering the inhouse recruitment world, Learning & Development (L&D) activities, and the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for an intern to join our Human Resources department and support our team in our daily activities, learn, challenge us, and act as a key contributor in some of our projects. You will primarily be supporting the Talent Acquisition and L&D activities, coached by a team of professionals.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Full-Cycle Support: Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and publishing job ads on ATS/Job boards to scheduling reference checks and conducting STAR-methodology interviews.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively hunt for top-tier talent using advanced Boolean search and multi-channel sourcing techniques.
  • Data Integrity: Manage the ATS and recruitment tracking tools with precision to prepare KPIs, statistics, and recruitment analytics.
  • TA Innovation: Identify digital transformation opportunities and propose AI-driven tools to automate workflows such as candidate screening and scheduling.

Learning & Development (30%)

  • Content Curation: Support the design and promotion of immersive e-learning journeys focused on corporate culture, core competencies, and "future-ready" skills.
  • Engagement & Marketing: Drive platform visibility by crafting high-impact communication campaigns aligned with key corporate milestones.
  • Performance Monitoring: Master reporting tools to monitor completion rates and traffic, using data-driven insights to optimize the learning ecosystem.

Your profile

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/relevant field; previous experience in an international or agency setting is a major plus
  • Fluency in English and French is essential (written and oral);
  • Mindset: A flexible self-starter who remains organized under pressure and is naturally curious about AI and new technologies
  • Collaborative: A team player with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for the Pharma R&D landscape
  • Ready for Action: Eager to dive into your first professional TA and L&D experience within a dynamic structure
