Jobbeschreibung

Digital Transformation Manager

We are a dynamic scale-up and have been revolutionising the Swiss e-commerce market for over 5 years. With our unique platforms — from Brands for Employees to Brands for Students and the MyAXA Deals Platform — we offer exclusive access to leading products and services to closed communities. In partnership with Twint, we also run the majority of Twint Superdeals.

With 80+ passionate team members across Europe, we generate a mid double-digit million turnover and have grown at an average of 70% annually. Awarded the SEF.Growth High Potential Label by the Swiss Economic Forum, we’re on an ambitious journey and you know what — we’re just getting started.

To strengthen our Digital Transformation & Process Excellence team, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager with solid BPM skills and growing Product Ownership capabilities. Your mission: analyse, document, and optimise business processes end-to-end — lead the implementation of key 3rd-party systems — and own the product development of our in-house applications together with Engineering and the CTO.

This is a role for someone with experience in BPM and project delivery who is eager to grow into a leadership position — with a clear path towards Head of Digital Transformation & Process Excellence. You’ll learn from our Chief Information Officer and work in close collaboration with an experienced IT team as well as with the senior management of the company.

Your Mission

As a Digital Transformation Manager in our Digital Transformation & Process Excellence team, you sit at the intersection of business, processes, and technology. You analyse how we work today, design how we should work tomorrow, and drive the execution — whether that means optimising a core business process, implementing a major 3rd-party system, or leading the development of an in-house application.

You ensure that processes, systems, and data flows work seamlessly together. You take on Product Ownership of internal tools and applications, ensuring their roadmaps support efficient operations and business growth.

You work in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe-inspired) and collaborate closely with our CIO, CTO, UX/UI Designer, and the wider IT team. Your work directly influences how our company scales — and you'll grow with it!

Your Responsibilities

IT Stack Strategy & Solution Architecture

  • Define and continuously evolve our application landscape together with the CIO and CTO (build vs. Buy vs. Integrate)
  • Translate business processes and requirements into clear system capabilities and architectural decisions
  • Ensure cross-system alignment around data ownership, master data flows, integrations, and system lifecycles
  • Prepare structured decision proposals for C-level stakeholders, including options, trade-offs, risks, and total cost of ownership

Process Analysis, Design & Optimisation

  • Analyse, map, and document business processes end-to-end across departments
  • Structure and model workflows using BPM best practices (e.g. BPMN, SIPOC, RACI, Value Streams)
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities
  • Redesign processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and data quality
  • Align process changes with business goals, system capabilities, and organisational constraints
  • Ensure harmonisation of cross-departmental workflows
  • Collaborate closely with teams to validate, challenge, and implement improved workflows
  • Support adoption in daily operations and ensure processes work in practice — not only on paper
  • Leverage deep technological understanding to identify process improvements others might miss

3rd-Party System Implementation & Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end projects for implementing major 3rd-party applications (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Accounting, ERP modules)
  • Own the discovery, vendor evaluation support, requirements definition, and rollout planning
  • Translate business needs into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment with C-Level, stakeholders, and operational teams
  • Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors throughout the implementation

Product Ownership, Discovery & Delivery

  • Act as the operational support between Product Management (CIO) and the development team, ensuring business intent, priorities, and constraints are clearly translated into actionable delivery
  • Own and lead an in-house product team (Backend, Frontend, QA) delivering business-critical applications
  • Collect, structure, and prioritise business requirements across departments
  • Translate processes and needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog aligned with business and process improvements
  • Validate technical feasibility and solution approaches together with Engineering and the CTO
  • Work in an agile environment, including sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and delivery (Scrum / SAFe-inspired)

Growth & Ownership

  • Take ownership of digital transformation initiatives and product delivery — and grow with each challenge
  • Build expertise and credibility across BPM, project portfolio management, and Product Ownership
  • Grow into the Head of Digital Transformation & Process Excellence role — shaping the function, the team, and the roadmap
  • Learn from our CIO and collaborate closely with the CTO and the wider IT team
  • Contribute to defining BPM standards, methodologies, and frameworks for the company

Your Profile

  • Experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or Process Consulting
  • Experience in digital project management in cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with BPM best practices (BPMN, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, RACI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset — you can understand complex systems and break them down
  • Deep technological understanding that allows you to confidently collaborate with Engineering & the CTO & CIO and identify tech-driven process improvements
  • Experience with or strong interest in Product Ownership and backlog management
  • Basic+ Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills — you can talk to the C-Level and the development team equally well
  • Experience working with tools like ClickUp, Figma, and Google Workspace
  • Hands-on mentality with a structured, pragmatic working style
  • Strong growth mindset — you are eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow into the Head of Digital Transformation & Process Excellence role
  • Fluent in German and English

The Team Around You

You join the Digital Transformation & Process Excellence team, reporting directly to the CIO your primary product partner, jointly shaping tactics, priorities, and execution.

You learn from and collaborate closely with an experienced IT leadership team: CTO, UX/UI Designer, Technology Officer, Product Office, and Helpdesk.
