Editorial and Content Manager - Power Grids Division in Zürich

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Communications, Power Grids division. You will be responsible to facilitate the internal and external presentation of the power business and leveraging the communication function to reflect strategy. Your main target audience will be external customers, channels, business partners, associations, academia, media, investors and internal management.

- You will focus on editorial service and content management across external and internal communication tools
- Ensure consistent content and messaging approach for business positioning
- Editorial services (stories, speeches, position papers, presentations etc.)
- Support Business / Trade Media and Investor Relations activities
- Work closely with Division Communications Head in developing communications strategy / processes / planning / monitor to reflect business priorities
- Work closely with Business Unit communications teams
- Support external communications across stakeholders
- Support internal communications – management and employee related communications

- Masters or Bachelor’s degree education in Business, Economics, Communications or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Industry understanding, knowledge and Industry understanding, knowledge
- Cross functional communication skills with focus on editorial (media, investors, branding, editorial, web, internal etc.)
- Market orientation / customer understanding and financial understanding
- International experience – cross cultural
- Business knowledge, preferably power sector experience (or at least industrial technology/capital equipment sectors), marketing orientation and some understanding of finance
- Digital Communications understanding and exposure
- Strong networking ability and multi-cultural credentials
- Direct work experience with senior management
- Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
