Student Worker Communications & Public Affairs Support (Ref. 2778)

Our client is a well-established company in the Zurich region, operating as part of a global pharmaceutical group. To strengthen their Communications and Public Affairs team, we are looking for a motivated and curious student worker who brings both creative communication skills and an interest in the Swiss healthcare landscape.

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to real projects from day one - from social media and PR campaigns to public affairs initiatives and event management.

Your main tasks

  • Support the creation, coordination, approval and publishing of social media campaigns and digital content
  • Assist with PR materials, storytelling assets and corporate communications for campaigns and events
  • Support Public Affairs initiatives, including preparation of stakeholder materials and background research
  • Help maintain and update the corporate website and digital channels
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth approvals and information flow
  • Organize files, presentations and communications assets in internal systems
  • Support event management and logistics for internal and external communications events
  • Handle administrative tasks with strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Take ownership of specific deliverables using templates and show strong initiative

Your profile

  • Currently in the final stage of a Bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of a Master’s programme in Communications, Media, Political Science, Public Health, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in Swiss healthcare, health policy and political communication
  • Strong writing skills, both analog and digital with a good instinct for tone, audience and channel
  • Creative eye with familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe tools (nice to have)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus

Noah Salzgeber is looking forward to receiving your application documents via our job portal (CV, diploma, reference letters; no motivational letter necessary). Full discretion is guaranteed and we will gladly answer any additional questions.
