Are you currently studying Business Administration, International Business or Communications and looking for a meaningful role in which you can take on real responsibilities from day one? Do you enjoy working in a structured, detail-oriented way and have a genuine interest in B2B business processes in an international environment?

meteoblue AG is an SME founded in 2006 as a spin-off of the University of Basel. The company develops and distributes high-quality weather and climate data based on proprietary calculation models. Its products and services are designed for companies whose decisions depend on weather, as well as for users with a specific interest in weather. They are delivered via websites, applications, and specialised interfaces, and are currently used by customers in more than 100 countries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Learn about meteoblue products, customers and B2B business processes
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team
  • Help in various business projects
  • Document sales, support and operational processes
  • Prepare quotations, customer documents and sales materials
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and contract renewal processes
  • Handle and coordinate 1st and 2nd level customer support requests
  • Support CRM maintenance and data quality management
  • Conduct lead and account research

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme (from the 3rd or 4th semester onwards), preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Communications or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B business, sales, customer support, operations and digital products
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
  • Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken, additional language skills are an advantage (especially Spanish or Portuguese)
  • Confident user of digital tools, including Microsoft 365
