Do you want to manufacture food and enjoy using your technical skills? As a machine and plant operator*, you will be responsible for the entire manufacturing process, from preparing the raw materials and machines, to operating and monitoring them, to maintaining and cleaning the machines.

Your tasks

during your apprenticeship you will

• Commission and check machines and systems
• Operate production lines and filling systems
• monitor production processes and intervene immediately in the event of deviations or malfunctions
• carry out prescribed checks to ensure quality
• Cleaning systems regularly and ensuring compliance with cleaning schedules
• Convert, maintain and repair machines
• be jointly responsible for the smooth running of the machines

• Training starts on 1 September 2026
• organised training process with a structured training plan covering all relevant areas
• the responsible vocational school is the Peter-Bruckmann-Schule in Heilbronn, lessons take place in block form (accommodation is provided)
• the apprenticeship lasts 2 years

What you bring with you

• You have a good secondary school leaving certificate or a school-leaving certificate with good grades in the core subjects at the start of the apprenticeship
• An interest in food
• technical and mechanical understanding
• Commitment and reliability as well as diligence and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Knowledge of physics and technology is an advantage
