Your tasks

• Assist with the planning and development of the company's safety policy and measures
• Act as a support to the employer in communicating safety rules and measures internally
• Manage the annual safety training programme
• Provide administrative support to the safety coordinator
• Compile statistics on accidents and resulting absences, and keep the employer informed
• Support and ensure the development of the operational and technical skills of the apprentices under their responsibility
• Work closely with colleagues in Dällikon, ZH
• Assist and/or stand in for the safety coordinator at the Essert site

What you bring with you

• Basic and continuing training in safety (SUVA) in Switzerland, or a qualification recognised in Switzerland by the relevant authorities
• At least 3 years' professional experience in the field of safety
• Good command of IT tools (Office suite / Forms)
• In-company trainer qualification (FEE)
• Well-organised and solution-oriented
• Attention to detail / reliability
• Good ability to work as part of a team
• Targeted and practice-oriented approach
• Good command of French
• Good knowledge of Portuguese, German and/or English would be an advantage
