We are looking to appoint a high-caliber Marketing & Sales Manager responsible for the full range of market-facing activities associated with wired and wireless communication products. Based in Switzerland, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing compelling sales and marketing strategies, in addition to proactively leading, evolving, and coaching our sales organization in pursuit of end-to-end customer satisfaction and profitable growth. - Create, plan and implement the marketing and sales strategy for wired and wireless communication products in accordance with PG BU marketing and sales strategy, budget and efficiency targets
- Establish marketing and sales targets and ensure their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Responsible for achieving assigned order intake, margin and related objectives for the entire product portfolio
- Drive evaluation of potential new and existing customers and their needs
- Develop relationships with key customers and other decision makers and assure customer satisfaction by running customer surveys, analyzing the results and taking adequate actions
- Lead the team in a proactive post-sales approach with a focus on solutions and via motivating towards common targets
- Team up with Sales, Product Management, Technical Sales and Sales Operations across divisions and hubs

- Solid university degree (preferably Master)
- Deep understanding of telecommunications and/or IT networks, phases of go-to-market and its way of distribution with focus on mission critical applications
- Proven track record of having led an international sales organization across multiple sites with 20 plus sales managers and key account managers
- Experience in building up sales presence and expansion via exploring new regions and approaches, preferably for Network Communication Equipment
- Intercultural sensitivity and convincing personality, able to successfully act inside a large organization with split reporting lines and within various cultures with different approaches
- Analytical and strategic thinking as well as problem solving skills in End-to-End for medium and large scales
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, and willingness to travel
