Your mission

• Support daily operations within the assigned department while ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience.
• Assist the team in delivering exceptional service in accordance with the property's luxury standards and procedures.
• Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or Front of House departments.
• Develop professional skills through hands-on experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

The Profile

• Currently enrolled in a recognized hospitality school or relevant educational program.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, internships, or customer service is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible, reliable, and available throughout the winter season.
• Well-presented with a professional attitude.
