THE ROLE
We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel for a MedTech Company in Switzerland. The Junior Legal Counsel will work closely with the legal leadership team, providing support on commercial contracting matters. The role also involves assisting in the development of legal templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and standardization within the legal function. Proficiency in French is required for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide legal support on a range of commercial contracting matters, particularly within the medical devices sector
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Assist in the development of legal templates and playbooks, improving efficiency and consistency in contract management
• Work closely with the legal leadership team and internal stakeholders to provide practical and business-oriented legal advice
• Support the broader legal function with strategic legal initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Lawyer, ideally French-qualified, with experience in commercial contracting, particularly in the medical devices sector
• Ability to confidently manage a variety of commercial legal matters independently
• Fluent in French; proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a strong plus
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with flexibility for on-site work if required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
