Was du machen wirst:
- Join NACI's small Team, supporting a worldwide church organization (~9M members, 200 countries).
- You'll help manage software projects with external providers, write specs and user stories, review code/architecture, and build small tools and prototypes.
- A key focus: testing and integrating AI tools like Claude and local LLMs, including RAG pipelines, for real use cases.
- Requires CS/business informatics studies, one modern language, Git/REST, fluent English, some German, and monthly travel readiness.

Was wir erwarten

- Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree programme
- Solid knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g. Ja-vaScript/TypeScript, Python, …) as well as experience with Git and REST APIs
- An interest in architecture, clean processes and the interface between technology and project management
- Good English skills are a prerequisite (our main working language); German skills are important for working with our stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly (roughly once a month for 2–3 days, e.g. to Zurich or to service-provider workshops)
