Your mission

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and checking deliveries against purchase orders.
• Perform accurate data entry and updates into the Purchasing system, including purchase orders and stock-related information.
• Assist with maintaining accurate stock records and proper storage standards.
• Participate in regular inventories and stock control, reporting any discrepancies to the relevant team members.
• Support the organisation and optimisation of storage areas.
• Support compliance with standards and food traceability requirements.
• Provide support to hotel operations across departments whenever required.

The Profile

Profile:

• A motivated student in hospitality, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, finance or a related field.
• Organised, detail-oriented and confident with numbers, with a genuine desire to learn.
• Proactive, reliable and adaptable, with a hands-on mindset and strong team spirit.
• Comfortable with Excel.
• Fluent in English and also French.
• Eager to grow within a demanding luxury hospitality environment and contribute to the Ultima experience.
• A valid internship agreement is required.
• Car license holder and own private car is recommended.
