Using new media and technologies will be part of your routine working day. If you have an interest in multimedia, are looking for diversity and can keep a cool head when things get hectic, then this apprenticeship is ideal for you.

Tasks

Layout, design, marketing, communications, project development, preparing information for the Internet and new media (Facebook, YouTube etc.), creating and embedding graphics, videos, music, text and sound recordings, using IT tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Flash and databases, development and design of presentations, flyers and brochures, acting as the contact person for printer shops, IT companies, media, publishing houses and internal and external customers.

Requirements

An interest in multimedia, creativity, the ability to learn quickly, abstract and logical thinking, technical understanding, a flair for graphics, communication and teamwork skills, excellent organizational skills, sensitivity and intuition, a strong sense of responsibility, independence, focus, flexibility.

• Completion of secondary school, highest level with good marks
• Good marks in creative subjects, math and in German, French and English
