WE RECRUIT

 

As part of Chloé International's footwear business, to manage the supply relationship with suppliers, manufacturer's workloads, and production capabilities to ensure that processes are followed consistently to ensure timely deliveries.

Guarantee finished products supply and delays of production of the products by the setting up, the follow-up, and updating appropriate schedules and reports in close collaboration with Technical Managers, manufacturers, suppliers, and product marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction while guaranteeing margins.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Guarantees delivery rates and ensures the management and monitoring of product production programs, by:

 

  • Harvesting, confirming and managing production priorities for each season based on Retail and Wholesale requests (merchandising, advertising, etc.) and risks established with the Technical and Material Managers;
  • Ensuring on time control and production orders release of each season;
  • Negotiating the workloads, the capacities and the planning;
  • Ensuring finished products manufacturers’ respect of deliveries by relying on the materials and components’ delivery tables, monitoring of materials and metal parts industrialization and TDS validation tables;
  • Managing pre-orders of materials and components based on sales forecasts provided by the marketing department;
  • Managing the allocation of materials and components to facilitate compliance with priorities by spreading out the workload of the manufacturers (to avoid supply disruption);
  • Organizing weekly production status meetings;
  • Managing Special Operations to determine their feasibility by liaising with Technical and Materials Managers and to guarantee their realization in terms of quantities and deadlines previously agreed with the customer;
  • Managing orders and delivery of Press orders;
  • Managing packaging pre-orders;
  • Solutions suggestion and coordination in case of delivery issues;
  • Implementing a weekly report based on the maintenance of indicators allowing accurate monitoring of production status for each line, reference, and color;
  • Share with involved teams reliable production reports of deliveries and potential risks;
  • Being an actor/participant of the Task Force Time To Market (TTM).

 

Be responsible for the management of his/her team:

  • Ensuring information relay within Chloé;
  • Ensuring weekly points needed;
  • Organizing annual assessments according to established objectives and missions of each member of the team;
  • Defining indicators needed to assess the performance of processes related to his/her mission.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: Technical Engineer Leather and / or Business School
  • Experience required: 4 years and more in a planning and/or technical development position shoes/leather goods and/or accessories
  • Expertise and technical skills: good knowledge of Windows Office and experience in shoes and leather goods.
  • Management experience.
  • Languages: Italian and English.
  • Personal skills: Dynamism, rigor, organization and sense of service and result.
