How you create impact

• Support the coordination and handling of sea freight import and export shipments throughout the transport process.
• Assist in arranging pre-carriage, on-carriage, and port-related activities in cooperation with internal teams and service providers.
• Prepare, check, and maintain shipping and transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with shipping lines, carriers, customers, and business partners regarding bookings, shipment status, and operational requirements.
• Monitor shipments, update relevant systems, and support the timely resolution of operational discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements, data quality initiatives, and KPI monitoring to support operational excellence.

What we would like you to bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or recently graduated in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in international transportation, sea freight, and global logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills in French, Italian or German are an advantage.
