How you create impact

• Support the accurate and timely processing of customer invoicing and revenue-related activities within Sea Logistics.
• Review shipment files and financial data to ensure correct cost and revenue allocation.
• Assist in identifying and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with operational teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor revenue-related KPIs and contribute to maintaining data quality and financial accuracy.
• Support month-end closing activities, reporting tasks, and revenue assurance processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, transparency, and profitability.

What we would like you to bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or recently graduated in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in logistics, transportation, finance, and commercial processes.
• Good analytical skills with an affinity for working with numbers and data.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; willingness to learn new systems and digital tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills in French, Italian or German are considered an advantage.
