Are you a student looking to turn your theoretical knowledge into practical experience? Would you like to contribute to the entire employee lifecycle, HR administration, and training tools that make a real difference? Then you might be our new Student Assistant in the HR team at Bühler.

This is where you'll excel

• Supporting HR administration.
• Helping maintain HR documentation.
• Contributing to different HR processes and projects.
• Handling specific work environment cases.
• Assisting in recruitment processes and coordination.

You will have the opportunity to work with HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including updating employee data in our HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors, handling master data, absence, and time registration, as well as preparing and maintaining HR documentation. This role gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge, strengthen your administrative skills, and gain practical experience in an international company.

These are the skills you'll need

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education either bachelor or master. Within HR, communication, psychology, business administration or worklife.
• Has a proactive, detail-oriented and self-driven working style.
• Good Microsoft Office especially Excel skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
• Eager to learn, take responsibility, and contribute with a positive mindset.
