MAIN PURPOSE
The Trade Marketing Executive is to support IWC Schaffhausen in achieving its trade related performance across VM, POS event and CRM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and implement the VM plan to further uplift brand image
Develop training material and visit POS on monthly basis to train staff on VM guidelines
Coordinate all POS projects including maintenance and CAPEX tracking
Responsible for monthly HQ reporting of local VM results
Design and implement impactful brand events in retail and wholesale
Coordinate with agencies and handle all local vendors
Develop engaging in-store marketing activities to drive Boutique traffic
Analyse campaign results to ensure effectiveness
Support the Marketing Manager with the CRM program and Boutique VIC reward & retention
Support the Boutique team in daily operations to enable an outstanding in-store customer experience
Plan and conduct the biannual merchandise, gift and PLV material order and manage stock
