EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for an open-minded, proactive working student that learns quickly and adapts easily new tasks. Your responsibility within the DBS LCX team in Switzerland will be supporting internal and external stakeholders on various topics like:

• Editing of internal and external documents
• Planning and coordination of internal and external meetings (virtual and on-site), including logistical support
• Planning/support of customer events
• Preparation of content / (data) analysis
• Operations and general administrative tasks & support
• Helping with continuous improvement of the team's tools, templates and practices

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Currently enrolled as student at university or university of applied science
• Preferred field of studies: Marketing & Communications, Business Administration
• Computer skills: Familiar with MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Language Skills: Good written and verbal skills in English and German
• Team player with good communication skills
• Customer focused and result driven
