Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily planning and organization of Housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate and allocate tasks to room attendants and house porters according to operational priorities.
• Monitor the quality of room, public area and floor office cleaning in line with hotel standards.
• Conduct room inspections and follow up on any necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor rooms due for arrival, departure and stay-over to ensure timely room readiness.
• Handle guest requests and specific situations with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Assist with inventory management, supplies and equipment replenishment, in compliance with internal procedures.

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
