The business uses an advisory and innovation mindset, focused on client needs, with the world leading financial markets engineering team.Global Markets is a leading player in derivatives, unrivalled equity derivatives expertise and #1 in listed derivatives, cross-asset and economic research.The Sales Assistant should to take care of all types of tasks as part of the life cycle of the transactions executed and client relationship developmentTasks and responsibilities:Coordinate clients' requests with the different teams at Societe Generale: Trading, Engineering, Middle Office and Back OfficePrice requests received from clients, interpret these requests correctly and transmit them to the pricing teamConfirm trades with clients, following executionsAddress after-sales clients' needs and assist manager with client relationships after salesHelp toIdentify potential customers and means of developing new businessOrganize client events and meetingsProduce documentation of new contracts: Master Distribution Agreements, supplementalProduce term sheetsUpdate Client Relationship Management toolsProduce valuation and performance analysis for clientsProfile requiredStudies & experience:Master in FinancePrevious experience as a Cross-Asset Sales AssistantLanguage skills:Fluent English (written and spoken) and FrenchTechnical, operational & Soft skills:Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of application, especially Word and ExcelHigh Level of autonomyOrganising day-to-day under supervision of the Sales ManagerWhy join usSociété Générale Switzerland is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
