The Marketing Team is aiming to offer Geneva-based customers a service that is flexible and closely tailored to their specific needs. The overall SWISS product offer is to be aligned to local requirements to optimum effect. Regionalization of all communication and promotion measures is one of the main pillars for success. A dedicated local Marketing team has taken over the task to market the new SWISS offer in Western Switzerland and French Border Region. To support this unit, we are looking for a motivated, open minded and skilled intern.

Tasks

• Develop news and write content, covering both internal and external channels as well as traditional and social media (Facebook and Newsletter), working closely with the communication team
• Supporting the marketing organization (Campaigns/activities/channels/instruments)
• Coordinate within the Communication & Distribution team the content related to any pricing and marketing action on Website, Facebook
• Assisting in organizing events (e.g. Roadshows, Press trips, workshops, exhibitions, fairs, inaugurals events)
• Helping to implement the GVA Marketing and Distribution activities: voucher actions, flyers, special NL, landing pages, etc.
• Helping to grant a seamless internal and external market Geneva and FBR B2C communication
• Supporting the planning and follow-up of all the necessary actions within the different projects
• Helping to build up and maintain an effective market intelligence to recognize the latest trends including benchmark analysis

• Commercial Diploma, Matura, Tourism Schools
• First experiences in Marketing Communications
• Languages:
  • French (mother tongue, mandatory)
  • English (oral & written)
  • German an advantage
• Good writing skills
• E-commerce understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Powerpoint), web applications
• Stress resistant, able to work under high pressure
• Flexible and open minded
• Objective oriented person
• Team player with good communication skills

Workplace: SWISS Office Geneva

Internship duration: 6 months

Salary:
CHF 2'500.- per month for Bachelor degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3'000.- per month for Master degree

Starting date: 01.04.2019 or upon agreement
