You will work within the Business Excellence function of the Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) Operations department where the focus is to enable pRED to achieve its strategic objectives through driving and providing operational excellence and business transformation to support scientists within the drug discovery and development process.

You will be part of the ‘Transformation’ Centre Team that provides the capabilities of Organisational Development, Change Management and Programme & Project Management to transformation initiatives within pRED. Collectively they transform operational and strategic challenges into effective solutions and consult, guide and support pREDs long-term sustainable transformation process.
Your focus will be to support the development of change and project management frameworks and materials.

We are interested in an energetic student enrolled at an university of applied sciences or research university studying business administration, economics, social science, communication/media or similar field of study.
Ideally you have initial experience in the field of Project Management and bring a keen interest in organizational development/change management/employee communication..
You should be independent, proactive critical and not afraid to work hard.
You should also have a good dose of organizational sensitivity, customer orientation and adequate English communication skills.

Please note that you have to be enrolled in university during the half of the internship period.
The internship can start as soon as possible for a period of 6-12 months. Please clearly indicate your preferred starting date in your cover letter. Applications need to include a CV and a motivation letter.
Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens have to provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as in their application documents.
