Student Internship for Project Support in Change Management (as soon as possible, 6 -12 Months) in Basel

You will work within the Business Excellence function of the Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) Operations department where the focus is to enable pRED to achieve its strategic objectives through driving and providing operational excellence and business transformation to support scientists within the drug discovery and development process.

You will be part of the ‘Transformation’ Centre Team that provides the capabilities of Organisational Development, Change Management and Programme & Project Management to transformation initiatives within pRED. Collectively they transform operational and strategic challenges into effective solutions and consult, guide and support pREDs long-term sustainable transformation process.

Your focus will be to support the development of change and project management frameworks and materials.

• Support organization and preparation of project and change management interventions (e.g. logistics and coordination of workshops, meetings, design sessions, trainings etc.)
• Drive and/or assist in creating, planning and executing targeted stakeholder engagement and change communication in projects.
• Design and develop engaging, targeted content and messages suitable for use across a range of channels.
• TouchPoint/Intranet Site design, administration and maintenance.
• Assume responsibility for administrative project and ‘Transformation Centre’ team tasks.

We are interested in an energetic student enrolled at an university of applied sciences or research university studying business administration, economics, social science, communication/media or similar field of study.

Ideally you have initial experience in the field of Project Management and bring a keen interest in organizational development/change management/employee communication..

You should be independent, proactive critical and not afraid to work hard.

You should also have a good dose of organizational sensitivity, customer orientation and adequate English communication skills.

• excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an independent way of working
• interest and the ability to learn about procedures and operations.
• Good skills in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint
• As a plus, good skills in Project Management

Please note that you have to be enrolled in university during the half of the internship period.
