The Position
The Dia UX department is a continuously growing team distributed over several development sites. It currently consists of more than 30 UX experts with diverse backgrounds. The department provides a broad spectrum of UX services and supports a wide range of projects (embedded, hardware, mobile, desktop, web) during the whole development process and beyond.
You will work in the field of user research for real life applications in the healthcare industry. To broaden your experience, you will have the opportunity to support all kinds of activities in the user centered design process with a strong focus on user research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and on creating insights reports.
Your main tasks would include:
Secondary research for projects in medical device development (hard and software)
Create and update customer personas
Create and update storyboards and customer journey maps
Create and update user research tools
Support primary user research and usability evaluations
Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:
You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Psychology, Marketing, Market Research, Human Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
You have basic knowledge of and big interest in user research methodologies.
You are fluent in in English.
You are proficient in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Your want to drive decisions with user insights.
