During your varied and interesting internship, we’ll offer you the opportunity to glimpse behind the scenes of the Human Resources function. Your internship will be focused on active involvement in the work of the HR Services & Controlling team.
 
In this role, you’ll undertake the following tasks:

• Independent provision of all aspects of administrative support to interns at the headquarters in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, and to employees of the Austrian subsidiary.
• Preparation, input, and editing of all relevant master data and time management data in the SAP HCM system.
• Preparation and administration of the processes for staff joining and leaving the company as well as of organisational changes in addition to contact with various public authorities/agencies.
• Direct contact partner for questions from managers and employees in your designated support areas.
• Production of various statistics, evaluations and key performance indicators.
• General support in the course of day-to-day business activities.
• Creation of detailed process documentation for the key HR service processes.

 
The opportunity to participate in a project in the field of HR Systems will form the final element of your varied role.
 
You’re currently studying business administration or a similar subject; it’s an advantage if your area of specialism is human resources or finance/controlling. A good level of proficiency with MS Excel and, ideally, SAP HCM as well as an analytical mind and the ability to pick up new ideas will add the final touches to your profile.
