Jobbeschreibung
- Develop of slot-die-coated perovskite absorbers and charge selective layers with excellent optoelectronic properties and uniformity over 10 cm x 10 cm substrate.
- Develop novel annealing method such as photonic curing for drying and crystallization of the perovskite absorbers and charge selective layers.
- Fabrication and characterization of efficient single junction and tandem solar cells/mini-modules and conduct long-term stability tests
- Responsibility about given fabrication and characterization equipment
- Co-supervision of undergraduate students
- PhD degree in Material science, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or related fields
- Willingness to conduct independent, interdisciplinary research in the field of perovskite tandem solar cells
- Experience in Slot-die coating is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment towards a common goal.
- Proficient English is required and knowledge of German is of advantage
