As an intern in the Bioinformatics and Exploratory Data Analysis group (BEDA), located in Basel, you will work in close collaboration with scientists in Roche Pharma Research and Early Development (pRED) using state-of-the-art bioinformatics and biostatistics tools and methods. The main focus of this bioinformatics position is the implementation of a pipeline to process and analyse metagenomics/microbiomics data in the context of pharmaceutical research.

You are an enrolled student in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics or a related field who is looking for a meaningful internship in a professional environment. You are highly self-motivated, passionate about working in a multinational company and you have good programming skills.
