Internship HR Business Partner (12 months) in Zug

As an Intern Junior HR Business Partner, you are part of the HR Business Partner team and directly involved in the day to day HR activities and special projects. The Intern Junior HR Business Partner supports the business partner on most of HR related topics, with focus on enabling people in our organization to run the business successfully.

Main tasks and duties

• Support the HR Business Partner in Communication and Management of HR global core processes; Succession and Talent Management, Compensation Round and Performance Cycle
• Support the HR Business Partner in administrative tasks; monthly reporting, maintenance of databases, manage training requests and implementation of the new HR practices and introduction of the new HR Information System
• Support the HR Business Partner in change management activities
• Consult and advise in day to day questions of Line Managers/Employees in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner
• Involved in local HR processes e.g. introduction activities for new employees and line managers and exit interviews
• Collaboration in various projects and initiatives in the area of HR
