The HTA Evidence group, based in Basel (Switzerland), is the scientific expert group in health technology assessment at Roche. The group creates the evidence needed for the development and implementation of global market access and pricing strategies and supports Roche affiliates worldwide in the preparation of local reimbursement submissions.
The positionThe HTA Evidence group is seeking an intern for 6-12 months beginning as soon as possible, with a workload of 50-100%. The position is based within the Access Center of Excellence in the Global Access department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of market access evidence and the support of global and local market access functions. This task includes contributions to the development of health economic models, the support of local Roche affiliates in local model adaptations and the analysis of clinical trial and real world data to support internal and external decision making guiding patients’ access to medicines.

You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Master degree, preferably in a quantitative data science discipline (e.g., statistics/ biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, outcomes research, public health).
The preferred start date of the internship is March 2019, or upon availability. Please clearly indicate your preferred starting date and duration of internship on your motivation letter. Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents.
