This internship in Roche’s Centralised and Point of Care Solutions (CPS) organization, based in Rotkreuz, offers you a unique opportunity to build your skills in healthcare communications, targeted towards the public and the media, as well as to our employees across the world.

You will work closely together with the Roche Diagnostics Centralised and Point of Care Solutions Corporate Communications team, covering communications campaign, as well as internal communication and employee engagement activities. As an intern you will join our Roche Interns Network that offers you the chance to work hard, learn, connect and have fun, in the heart of Europe.

Your main tasks would include: ​

• Manage and publish content across our communications channels
• Fully support company’s communications strategy and execute it in different phases
• Create and curate engaging content
• Communicate and build relationships across our stakeholders
• Effectively utilize the company’s social media and blogs
• Create and distribute materials for media
• Assist in administrative duties
• Build and update media lists and databases
• Perform research and market analysis activities

Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:

• You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in the field of Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields
• Passion for effective communication
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with superior written, verbal and organizational skills
• Solid experience in Social Media, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• The ability to work independently and with others
• Dependability, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• An open-minded attitude
• Experiences in presentation creations and structure information
• Fluent in oral and written English (German is advantageous)

Workload: 100%

Duration: 12 months
